About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and mentor a high performing team of Partner Marketing regional experts
- Develop and deliver on the Partner Marketing strategy for APAC with a clear view on how it will deliver business outcomes, and contribute to broader APAC goals
- Partner with Disney Partnerships team to secure new and grow existing marketing investment and effectiveness from partners
- Identify strategic opportunities that can scale across the region and with the global team
- Lead team to build market leading creative with partners
- Deliver full funnel campaigns with partners spanning ATL and BTL marketing, through working with partners to optimize sales across their digital, call centers and retail environments
- Partner with the Disney country leaderships teams to align on key priorities for each market, title priorities, and goals for the market
- Provide thought partnership and guidance around opportunity sizing, identifying consumer & partner motivations, key GTM levers and clear success metrics for initiatives across existing & new partnerships in the region
- Promote an inclusive and innovative culture that values integrity, creativity and Collaboration
- Excellence in client servicing, helping build long term relationships with our largest strategic partners and delivering a seamless partner experience
- Collaborate with Product & Tech, Content, Retail Marketing, and other Disney teams to advance DTC business
- Define and implement processes for identifying relevant partners and ensure effective deal execution across the region
- Ensure that Disney’s guidelines, IP usage and ways of working are clearly set out, processes smooth, and creative well executed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in marketing including significant experience in Partner Marketing
- Excellent regional knowledge and expertise, ideally with experience in KR, JP and SEA
- Strong balance of strategic and operational skills; ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- An expert in full funnel marketing, including Retail / Sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset: consumer-oriented and impact oriented
- Strong communication and influence skills with a track record of collaborating effectively and driving initiatives with cross-functional partners
- Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with a strategic and agile mindset
- Experience in multinational, highly matrixed organizations
- Experience in leading teams across multiple markets in APAC
