About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive partner sales growth through strategic partner identification, recruitment, enablement, and ongoing performance management
  • Lead the full partner sales cycle from initial partner contact and account planning through deal closing and renewal
  • Prospect new partnership opportunities with both new and existing partners
  • Develop partner use cases and quantify opportunity by identifying joint customer problems, defining solution/value propositions, and building business cases
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners, establishing clear sales targets, lead generation activity, and success metrics
  • Monitor partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales contribution, implementing interventions to drive performance improvement
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to the TAAP Sales organization
  • Influence and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, Deal Desk, and Commercial Excellence teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and partner activities in Salesforce
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner contribution, ROI, and program effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years' experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or related roles, preferably within enterprise software or B2B technology
  • 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building scalable partnership programs in enterprise or corporate segments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to navigate complexity, drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience working in global organizations and managing partnerships across diverse geographies and cultures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in AI technologies and proficiency in leveraging AI tools
