About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent service to clients
Support customers by phone and through the ticketing system
Reproduce/simulate errors related to the supported product in the internal test environment
Maintain constant follow-up on tickets under your responsibility
Perform remote access to identify the cause of incidents
Open internal requests with the Development team
Classify tickets by identifying the root cause of incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with TAX One for SAP
Background in technical support
Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal taxes
Database skills
Knowledge of SAP TDF (advantage)
