Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree from an accredited law school or equivalent relevant legal qualification — essential.
  • Native Arabic speaker with full professional fluency in English — essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern legal systems, with particular familiarity with Civil Law principles as applied across the MENA region.
  • Understanding of the structure and publication of official legal materials in one or more MENA jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional legal reading and analytical skills in Arabic.
  • Sound editorial judgement and decisiveness.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with well-developed proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality under pressure.
  • Comfortable with digital research environments, content management systems, AI enhanced workflows, and online legal research tools.
