About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct research on emerging business and legal issues to develop conference content
- Design and deliver event programs across the Thomson Reuters Legal Media Group portfolio
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of conferences and events across Australia
- Own the marketing strategy for events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Thomson Reuters Asia-Pacific
- Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, and client engagement events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years’ experience in conferences, events, research, or related commercial role
- Strong research capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects or event portfolios
- Highly organised with strong time management and administrative skills
- Experience developing marketing and promotional content for events
- Ability to work independently, while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Legal sector knowledge in Australia is advantageous.
