About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver in-depth financial benchmarking analyses
- Conduct data and industry presentations for managing partners, C-level executives, and firm leaders
- Identify business development opportunities through interactions and relationship building
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams for timely service delivery
- Validate data to ensure consistent reporting of defined business metrics
- Develop content driven by insights derived from data analysis and research
- Project manage the final production of content with stakeholders
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by articulating industry data analysis
- Support new team members, contributing to onboarding and team growth
- Plan and participate in predictive analytics and automation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, data science/engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, business analytics or related field preferred
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Strong analytical skills, e.g. descriptive statistics, predictive statistics, exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Experience needed in SQL and Python
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated experience writing clear, structured, and insight-driven content is a strong plus
- Preferred experience with Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query
- Familiarity with AI tools and Predictive Modeling software is preferred
- Preferred experience in Git and GitHub
- Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
