Requirements

What you’ll need

Solicitor qualified in Australia
At least 5 years PQE experience as a banking lawyer in a top or mid-tier practice or in-house team
Background in commercial banking and finance transactions including drafting and negotiating documentation
Good working knowledge of taking security over various asset classes in Australia
Excellent writing and communication skills
A collaborative mindset
Good technical skills and ability to use various tools including generative AI technologies
Adaptability and flexibility to work on diverse projects
Experience in using AI tools in legal work
Some knowledge of online research databases
