About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Researching, writing and maintaining clear, current, practical legal content

Requirements
What you’ll need- Solicitor qualified in Australia
- At least 5 years PQE experience as a banking lawyer in a top or mid-tier practice or in-house team
- Background in commercial banking and finance transactions including drafting and negotiating documentation
- Good working knowledge of taking security over various asset classes in Australia
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset
- Good technical skills and ability to use various tools including generative AI technologies
- Adaptability and flexibility to work on diverse projects
- Experience in using AI tools in legal work
- Some knowledge of online research databases
