About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product training focused on Indirect Tax Determination and Indirect Tax Compliance.
- Deliver virtual multi-client workshops and dedicated client sessions.
- Partner with Curriculum Designers and Professional Services Implementers to identify training needs.
- Provide deep Indirect Tax Determination and Indirect Tax Compliance expertise to customers and partners.
- Analyze learner feedback and training metrics to improve programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance, business, education, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in indirect tax, tax technology, tax compliance, or customer-facing product training.
- Experience with indirect tax technology or compliance platforms.
- Experience delivering live and virtual training for groups of approximately 10 to 50+ participants.
- Ability to design and facilitate hands-on learning activities.
- Agility to manage technical issues and varied learner skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A customer-centric mindset focused on measurable training impact.
- Ability to build alignment across a complex organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results on time.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong technical skills with generative and agentic AI.
