About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and convert leads generated by the Marketing and Sales teams into new business opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and present technology solutions aligned with their challenges and objectives
  • Conduct negotiations and follow the sales process through to closing
  • Work consultatively, building strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Keep the CRM up to date, recording interactions and tracking all stages of the sales funnel
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance indicators set by the company
  • Perform regular follow-ups to maximize opportunity conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or selling solutions and services
  • Experience managing a client portfolio, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Track record of working with target-driven, KPI-oriented sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, with planning skills and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM and commercial sales tools is a plus.
