About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and develop strategic relationships across the ETF ecosystem
  • Serve as senior ETF subject matter expert for distribution teams
  • Maintain proficiency in ETF creation and redemption process
  • Monitor ETF market quality indicators and address issues
  • Drive marketing strategy and enablement with sales materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of ETF experience
  • FINRA series 7 & 63
  • 5-10 years of experience including familiarity with primary market operations
  • Familiarity with custom basket mechanics
  • Deep technical knowledge of ETF market structure
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic external relationships
  • Strong commercial instincts to translate complex capital markets concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, cross-functional working style
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg
  • Bachelor's degree required
