About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a defined territory, performing external sales functions.
- Drive sales across all products offered by Nuveen.
- Partner closely with team members including Market Leaders, Advisor Consultants, and Specialists.
- Develop consultative relationships with financial advisors to grow market share.
- Incorporate data analytics into territory to identify best opportunities for success.
- Conduct discovery work to review the opportunities within clients' asset allocation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ Years Required of wholesaling experience
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 (or combination of 63 & 65); can be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Strong combination of sales and analytical skills
- Significant knowledge of the financial markets, both equity and fixed income
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills; ability to analyze and prioritize large amounts of information
