About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

create and edit talking points, background briefings, scripts and key messaging
create internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
staff CEO and Executive Committee members at internal and external appearances
ensure all aspects of CEO and Executive Committee member communications are strategically aligned
provide strategic communications counsel and recommendations
evaluate and vet internal and proprietary AI tools and agents
serve as the team’s central coordinator for AI tool usage

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of executive level communication experience
7+ years of executive level communication experience preferred
financial services experience preferred
investor relations experience helpful
excellent oral and written communications skills
familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and best practices for AI use in a regulated industry
