About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for architecture within a specific segment or domain for a single business unit.
Provide architectural direction on technical patterns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in technology related field or equivalent with 6 years of demonstrated engineering experience or 2 to 3 years of technology architecture experience.
Recent hands-on architecture and/or engineering experience with modern technologies.
Experience with successful execution of modernizing technology initiatives.
Leadership skills with the ability to foster a supportive learning environment.
Experience working in an agile operating model.
Insurance technology experience preferred.
Able to identify and analyze current/future problems and opportunities.
