About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Strategic Accounts team aligned to the Regulated Verticals Healthcare sector
- Mentor and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives
- Be customer focused and metrics driven
- Support your team in building and progressing pipeline
- Conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data and provide reliable weekly forecast information
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience
- 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment
- A leader with a demonstrated track record of success
- Comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS
- Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions is preferred
- Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy, and is passionate about helping their team succeed
- Experience building high performing sales teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
