Requirements

- Strong interest in Upvest's product domains and a proactive desire to understand business use cases
- Experience in leading and growing larger engineering teams
- Prior experience in the Fintech domain
- Strong technical expertise in developing highly scalable, distributed, asynchronous, and resilient platforms
- Strong work ethic and principles such as pragmatism
- Security-focused mindset and a high sense of ownership
- Excitement to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Experience with API-first and SaaS applications (great if you have)
- Experience building and running microservice-based event driven distributed applications (great if you have)
