About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Investor clients through chat, secure message center, and digital messaging channels (no phone work)
- Respond to requests related to investments, account activity, and retirement products, including executing transactions and resolving complex account issues
- Apply financial industry knowledge and regulatory understanding to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely client resolutions
- Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriately position Vanguard products and services
- Conduct research and follow established procedures while exercising judgment in more complex scenarios
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active FINRA licenses required prior to start: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in financial services, investments, or retirement support
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proven ability to work in a non‑phone, digital client servicing environment or strong written communication skills transferable to chat/email service
