About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads enterprise business readiness for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the organization is fully prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and operating models
  • Drives alignment across stakeholders, operating models, and change activities to minimize risk and maximize adoption
  • Hires, evaluates, develops and supervises crew
  • Manages cross-divisional programs or multiple workstreams within a larger program
  • Drives all phases of the program lifecycle from inception through implementation while ensuring that business objectives are delivered with high quality and within targeted timeframes
  • Creates and maintains a multi-year program strategy that clearly identifies specific actions and tasks needed to achieve future state goals
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, and internal and external partners to support their program initiatives
  • Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk, and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements
  • Integrates and oversees change management efforts across the overall program
  • Closely monitors program costs and budget and escalates cost variances appropriately and timely.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or large-scale business change initiatives, preferably in financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Skills include Incident Response, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and platform proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Network environments.
  • Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to lead teams under pressure, deliver results across complex program environments, and ensure accountability to strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
