About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads enterprise business readiness for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the organization is fully prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and operating models
- Drives alignment across stakeholders, operating models, and change activities to minimize risk and maximize adoption
- Hires, evaluates, develops and supervises crew
- Manages cross-divisional programs or multiple workstreams within a larger program
- Drives all phases of the program lifecycle from inception through implementation while ensuring that business objectives are delivered with high quality and within targeted timeframes
- Creates and maintains a multi-year program strategy that clearly identifies specific actions and tasks needed to achieve future state goals
- Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, and internal and external partners to support their program initiatives
- Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk, and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements
- Integrates and oversees change management efforts across the overall program
- Closely monitors program costs and budget and escalates cost variances appropriately and timely.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or large-scale business change initiatives, preferably in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Skills include Incident Response, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and platform proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Network environments.
- Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and time management abilities.
- Ability to lead teams under pressure, deliver results across complex program environments, and ensure accountability to strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
