Requirements

What you’ll need
  • With your relevant professional experience you take a hands-on AI engineering approach.
  • Strong to native German language skills are MANDATORY.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent vocational qualification, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or another natural or engineering science.
  • You are a team player, value open communication, enjoy learning from others, and share your knowledge.
  • You want to work on exciting client projects and have solid knowledge in several technologies: Python, pydantic, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock.
  • You are comfortable in a consulting role and can imagine providing technological and/or methodological training to our clients.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • Remote or office — you decide how and where you work, provided it’s coordinated with your project and team.
  • Default is remote; on-site days at client locations as required (typically every 2 weeks).
  • OffProject Time — while most of your time is spent on client projects, approximately 20% of your working time is available for professional development, research, open-source contributions, conference talks, community engagement, or internal AI initiatives.
  • You choose your entire hardware setup including OS — private use is permitted.
  • Plus a dedicated AI tooling budget (Claude/ChatGPT/Cursor/Copilot Pro licenses, API credits for experiments).
  • You’ll find an environment that genuinely values family-friendliness, trust, freedom, knowledge-sharing, co-determination, and a constructive error culture.
  • In addition to flexible trust-based working hours, you receive 30 days of vacation, special leave, the option to purchase additional vacation days, and Christmas and New Year’s Eve are generally non-working days.
  • You can also take a sabbatical.
