About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Rulebook training programmes, including onboarding, upskilling, and certification pathways
- Design and develop high-quality training content and learning journeys, translating complex product functionality into structured, practical learning experiences
- Act as the subject matter lead for training delivery, ensuring training reflects real-world use case, configuration patterns, and delivery standards
- Introduce AI-driven learning and knowledge tools to reduce reliance on senior team members
- Partner with Config team, including Tech Leads, Consultants, SME and the Training Owner to shape training approach, identify gaps, and align training with product roadmap and delivery needs
- Drive training adoption and effectiveness, supporting internal teams and clients through structured rollouts, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of Rulebook Academy, ensuring content is scalable, consistent, and aligned with broader training objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience designing and delivering technical training or instructional design solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with e-learning content development tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, or similar)
- Experience creating training for software platforms, technical systems or product-based environments
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured learning content
- Strong collaboration skills working with SMEs, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience working with LMS platforms, internal training academies, certification frameworks
- Exposure to SaaS or configuration-based systems, data-driven or rules-based platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation, modern learning tools and techniques
- Understanding of technical concepts (e.g. configuration, data, or basic coding)
