About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership in any of the following areas: access and authorization, document collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years working in an agile framework.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans.
- Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes.
- Ability to translate tech jargon to other stakeholders in easy-to-understand ways.
- Experience working in financial, banking or fintech industry previously.
- Previous product management experience with any of the following areas: Document collaboration and communication capabilities such as digital documents management and event messaging (alerting, notifications) on the enterprise level.
- Product management experience with web UI frameworks, cloud, web application development and SaaS web platforms along with finance on the consumer and commercial sides.
- Experience working with AI or automation tools to improve product workflows or efficiency.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI driven solutions to enhance product functionality and scalability.
- Working close with tech teams and influencing high-level stakeholders.
