About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and prioritize a high volume of administrative, operational, and executive support activities
- Compile, analyze, and present data; prepare moderately complex reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making
- Oversee expense management, reporting, and reconciliation with strong attention to compliance and accuracy
- Serve as a central coordination point for key initiatives, including planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-through
- Execute and support complex administrative and operational workflows, including approvals, requests, and internal processes
- Act as an extension of leadership by managing communications, filtering requests, and facilitating effective information flow
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies, procedures, and administrative processes to less experienced staff
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal partners and senior stakeholders across the organization
- Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and cross-functional events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
- Handle ad hoc requests and special projects with a high degree of ownership and independent judgment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a financial services or corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent leadership professionally
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), including calendar management and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with precision in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive and anticipatory, with the ability to act ahead of needs
- Strong judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands
- Professional presence and strict discretion with confidential information
- Ability to operate independently in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution, follow-through, and accountability
