Drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Merchant Services products.
Define product outcomes, set strategic direction, and lead execution.
Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most complex products.
Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience.
Deep expertise in payment gateway and acquiring ecosystems.
Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle—from vision and ideation through design, execution, and go-to-market.
Proven ability to translate product requirements into sequenced roadmaps.
Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success in understanding customer and end-user needs.
Strong background in business analysis.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to navigate dynamic environments with agility.
Proven leadership and influence within a matrixed organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of SQL.
