About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee Merchant Services Implementation and Product Setup Operations
- Manage the Operations Implementation team
- Lead all aspects of client onboarding and implementation lifecycle
- Establish timelines, track progress, and manage escalations
- Develop and implement business unit strategies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and implementation risks
- Drive process improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
- Proven experience leading strategy and resolution of complex challenges
- Proven experience in strategic business initiatives in Financial Services, preferably Payment Processing
- Knowledge of financial business products & services and strong understanding of client needs
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics tools to make business decisions
- Proficient in MS Office suite – Power Point, Word, Excel
- Highly effective communicator - excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
