Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in Federal or Federal Contractor Presales
4+ years of experience in HCM Solution Consulting in Federal
Expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance
Unrivaled professional presentation, communication, and decision-maker influencing skills
Ability to travel up to 50%.
