About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own daily IT operations and infrastructure across Poland and Hungary.
Administer Azure and on-premises environments hands-on every day.
Run ITIL processes in practice — incident, problem, change, and asset management.
Manage outsourced IT vendors and hold them accountable on SLAs.
Ensure IT security, compliance, and business continuity.
Be the go-to person for users, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations.
Hands-on Azure experience — Entra ID, virtual machines, and hybrid environments.
Practical ITIL knowledge — incident, problem, and change management applied in real environments.
Experience coordinating outsourced IT vendors and holding them accountable on SLAs.
On-premises infrastructure background — Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
Someone who works independently, owns problems, and does not wait to be told what to do.
Fluent Polish and English.
Nice to Have ITIL certification.
Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or higher.
Experience working in organisations of 100 to 500 users.
Multi-country IT operations experience.
