About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own daily IT infrastructure operations across Poland and Hungary
- Act as the main technical point of contact for infrastructure-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents independently
- Administer Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Support Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT services
- Manage and improve IT service processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management
- Coordinate external IT providers, contracts, SLAs, and service delivery
- Support IT procurement activities and contribute to cost control
- Identify risks and contribute to IT security, compliance, and business continuity improvements
- Improve IT processes and service quality through continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or related IT roles
- Strong background in IT infrastructure operations
- Hands-on experience administering Azure and cloud-based environments
- Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure and on-premises)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks
- Experience supporting users and business-critical systems
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Incident and Service Operation
- Experience working with external IT suppliers or outsourced IT services
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Fluent Polish and English
