About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to the client / customers
- Coach and Develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviors to drive cultural change
- Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units
- Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enterprise Agile coaching – coaching leaders, communities of practice and organisations at scale to embed and mature Agile ways of working
- Change and Agile transformation – supporting large-scale organisational change to Agile ways of working, driving cultural transformation, and embedding sustainable improvements
- Coaching strategies that support effective delivery – applying a range of coaching techniques to improve flow, outcomes, and business value
- Data-driven decision making – using metrics, insights, and evidence to inform coaching approaches and organisational decisions
- Advanced communication & facilitation skills – confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from local coaching groups to exec leadership
- Effective negotiation skills – balancing competing priorities, resolving conflict, and enabling alignment across business units and portfolios.
