About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives
- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements
- Development of business requirements that will address business problems
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine viability of proposed solutions
- Support the creation of reports on project progress
- Creation of operational and process designs
- Support change management activities
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in managing projects with medium to high complexity
- Experience Organising and facilitating Agile Ceremonies, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting and Financial reporting
- Experience delivering Data Migration projects including DQ remediation, Journal remediation etc
- Knowledge of Consumer and Retail banking products – Mortgages, Cards, Loans and Deposits
- Extensive experience in driving technology and data delivery across multiple applications using Agile and Lean behaviours and practices
- Status Reporting, Presentation and communication skills, managing senior (D and MD Level) stakeholders
- Must evidence the skills needed to secure effective stakeholder collaboration
