  • Analytical background and experience in reporting, with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Change delivery frameworks - understand Agile Lab models, roadmaps, and productivity measures
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of using JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, Consumer Duty, and data compliance requirements)
