Staff Technical Program Manager – ML/AI Platform

Recruitment

• Oversee recruiting for multiple domains (Product Design, Qualitative & Quantitative Researcher’s, Content Designers, Technical Program Managers, IT/Operations), spanning different levels across those teams, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure hiring goals are met.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, including talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
