About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy.
- Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing or similar environment
- Experience with switchgear products and applications (preferred)
- Proven track record in team selling, technical sales, or business development with cold calling experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
