About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee HR Operations globally or in a respective geography.
  • Take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.
  • Ensure a high degree of customer experience and be responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.
  • Manage Employee Lifecycle processes (onboarding, employment contracts, work certificates, and offboarding) to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Maintain and update HR systems (SAP) and databases to ensure high data accuracy and quality, while generating reports as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee data management, policies, and processes, providing guidance to HR Business Partners, Managers, and Employees.
  • Support process excellence and recommending improvements, supporting the implementation of enhancements for greater efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience in a similar role within a shared services environment.
  • You are highly skilled in HR systems such as SAP and Workday, along with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • You excel in meeting varied customer expectations professionally.
  • Your interpersonal and communication abilities are impressive, both in writing and in verbal exchanges.
  • You are focused on collaboration, demonstrating teamwork and a positive approach.
  • You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized.
  • You are fluent in English and proficient in either Bulgarian.
