  • Apply IT knowledge and expertise to manage and support complex Enterprise telephony solutions and Teams Meeting rooms solutions.
  • Provide implementation expertise and delivery of Teams telephony and Teams Meeting Rooms.
  • Demonstrate experience with powershell commands & scripting.
  • Optimize voice communication within Microsoft Teams.
  • Ensure optimal functionality and user experience of voice services and video conferencing.
  • Monitor and enhance Quality of Service (QoS) for voice calls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar degree.
  • +6 years of experience with Teams Enterprise Telephony, Teams Meeting Rooms design and support skills.
  • Experience with Cisco Call manager would be a bonus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing enterprise deployments across different countries.
  • Advanced English Level.
