About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy and lead the quality strategy for a local organizational unit.
Drive the local quality system through prevention, continuous improvement, and robust root cause analysis.
Coordinate the efforts of local functions that impact the quality results.
Achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
Ensure necessary certification requirements are met throughout the organization.
Establish closed-loop feedback from product development to customer experience.
Resolve cases with root cause analysis and promote zero-defect vision.
Execute compliance and improvement programs through audits, data analytics, and preventive actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline like engineering or quality management.
5+ years of working experience within quality or operations.
Proven experience in process management and quality assurance roles in a global Engineering environment (working with manufacturing companies is preferred).
Knowledge of quality management standards e.g. ISO9001.
Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
Excellent communications skills, results-oriented, speed in execution, openness and listening to others.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
