About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve organizational performance and growth objectives.
- Develop, implement, review, and rigorously execute the commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model, and customer-focused operations strategy, with responsibility for both financial and non-financial targets.
- Ensure a sustainable and efficient value chain from supplier to customer and from order to delivery across products, projects, and services.
- Drive productivity optimization and capital efficiency, with a focus on profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability, and return on investment.
- Manage channel partners and support the execution of partner growth strategies to expand market presence and business results.
- Lead, develop, and manage teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Own P&L management activities, including forecasting, performance reviews, and initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and business performance.
- Strengthen customer relationships and support the continued positioning and growth of the Analytics business in Brazil.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Extensive experience in the analytics business, ideally with strong exposure to gas and liquid analytics.
- Solid experience in channel partner management and execution of partner growth strategies.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong background in P&L management, including forecasting, performance reviews, and driving business results.
- Fluent in English and native Portuguese speaker.
- Availability for frequent travel within Brazil and to other countries, up to 50%.
