About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, cloud services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions
- Responsible for guiding the company’s digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of digital and technology-related agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers
- Support digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Advise on intellectual property, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues impacting digital business
- Collaborate with global and local Legal & Integrity colleagues to ensure consistency of approach across jurisdictions
- Monitor legal and regulatory trends in digital and technology markets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Protect the company’s reputation by ensuring operations meet ethical and compliance standards
- Provide training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal issues relevant to digital offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years of experience in commercial/technology law
- Strong expertise in digital, AI, IT, cyber law, software licensing, cloud, data centre, and data protection law
- Previous experience in Robotics sector is preferred but not required
- Proven track record in negotiating complex technology agreements across international markets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance innovation and risk
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset
