About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Adapt and implement the sales strategy for the assigned territory
- Lead, develop, and coach a field-based sales organization

Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
- Experience with front-end sales methodologies and stakeholder-focused sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in German and English (French and Italian are a plus)
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% within the DACH region
- Valid driver's license for use in the DACH region and authorization to work where required
