About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth in the Polish market by building strategic partnerships and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the Polish market organization for the Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions.
- Craft and steer the divisional strategy at national level to accelerate business growth and expand market share.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize team structure, processes, and ways of working.
- Drive business success by establishing and tracking key performance targets and optimizing sales volume.
- Coach, develop and motivate a result-driven sales & marketing team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in business administration or engineering (master’s degree preferred)
- Proven track record of 5+ years leadership experience managing and developing large sales or commercial organizations (50+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of the Polish market and an established network across relevant customer segments.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage your team, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to optimize and motivate cross-functional high-performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on innovation and developing new markets.
- Analytical and self-driven to use data and digital tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally, when required.
