Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree

- Strong background designing global HR tool functionalities and standardized processes
- Expert-level experience with Workday interfaces and system enhancements
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to work flexibly across global time zones
- Openness to travel for workshops and key project milestones
