Key responsibilities & impact

Leading CPQ-system and sales process development
Owning end-to-end delivery, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, and governance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product data, pricing, sales, R&D)
Leading and engaging a team of experts and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in hands-on sales process development through CPQ
M.Sc. (preferably) or B.Sc. degree from a relevant field, such as industrial management, information management, software development, electrical engineering, etc.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with service and concept designing within manufacturing industry, software development in the context of process development, product data architecture, modularization, project management, software development technologies and databases.
