About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy.
  • Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Showcase expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Focus on tracking key industrial projects and key customers in the region (chemical, pharmacy, food & beverage, and municipal water, etc.).
  • Develop and support sales channels in responsible areas.
  • Provide sales and technical support for regional distributors, and cooperate with sales activities of agent distributors.
  • Strive to develop end users, actively promote the market, and maintain the cooperative relationship with key customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Automation or other science and engineering major, bachelor’s degree or above.
  • More than 5 years of work experience in related fields, including no less than 5 years of sales experience, familiar with the market situation.
  • Good English reading and writing skills, English level 4 or above.
  • Responsible, enterprising and professional.
  • Good execution, communication skills and team spirit.
  • Good pressure resistance can adapt to high-intensity work.
  • Willing to frequent travel.
