About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end accountability for Legal & Integrity fiduciary duties

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience (10+ years) as a qualified lawyer in Belgium or the Netherlands
- LLM or equivalent degree from a recognized university
- Expertise in contract review, drafting, negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate secretarial duties
- Proven track record in driving compliance with GDPR and corporate governance
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Outstanding communication skills in English, Dutch, and French
