About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes.
  • Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team.
  • Oversee product or service inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Train and manage a team of quality inspectors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other relevant departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing production supervisory experience.
  • Quality and continuous process improvement experience.
  • Proven manufacturing supervisory skills with ability to train, instruct, and motivate employees.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
