About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help shape the strategic direction of our technologies by focusing on resolving technical challenges through reliable support services
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Development teams and serve as the first technical point of contact for customers
  • Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer service as part of 1st Level Support
  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and service Energy Management Systems and installations from the office
  • Implement modern control and automation concepts in energy and environmental technology, perform fault analysis, and assist in resolving technical issues
  • Test new ideas and features in load and energy management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed a technical education in electrical engineering or a related technical field (apprenticeship, master qualification, or HTL)
  • Knowledge of or initial professional experience in network and fieldbus technologies, measurement, control and automation engineering, IT or networking, or comparable technical disciplines
  • Passion for future technologies, energy systems, photovoltaics, energy storage solutions, and electric mobility
  • Structured and analytical approach to work, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team
