About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business and expand OEM market share in the region.
- Grow B&R's complete product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new and existing sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales budgets at key accounts.
- Develop targeted strategies to expand the customer base through cold calling, enquiry generation, and marketing initiatives.
- Understand customer requirements and market trends to define and develop the best technical solutions for applications.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and discussions.
- Negotiate and finalize deals in coordination with the internal B&R team.
- Provide exceptional sales support to existing customers.
- Introduce new products and technical training offerings.
- Organize workflows and meetings to consistently meet customer deadlines.
- Represent B&R at exhibitions, seminars, and product demos to strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce entries and track after-sales support and maintenance activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience preferably in electrical /automation industry
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
- Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
- Must also have an excellent sense of priorities and exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
