About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop new business and expand OEM market share in the region.
  • Grow B&R's complete product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new and existing sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales budgets at key accounts.
  • Develop targeted strategies to expand the customer base through cold calling, enquiry generation, and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand customer requirements and market trends to define and develop the best technical solutions for applications.
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and discussions.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in coordination with the internal B&R team.
  • Provide exceptional sales support to existing customers.
  • Introduce new products and technical training offerings.
  • Organize workflows and meetings to consistently meet customer deadlines.
  • Represent B&R at exhibitions, seminars, and product demos to strengthen brand presence.
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce entries and track after-sales support and maintenance activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience preferably in electrical /automation industry
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
  • Must also have an excellent sense of priorities and exceptional phone and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
