About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate on-site service work and ensure it complies with ABB's and the customer's guidelines.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians across Switzerland.
  • Organize and manage service orders, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations in the medium- and low-voltage sector.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the service team to ensure efficient planning and execution of daily service activities.
  • Continuously monitor resource allocation and respond flexibly to changing requirements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical or commercial vocational education/training.
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in service planning, for example as a Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, service, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; good command of English and French is considered a plus.
