About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership for AI engineering across the Consumer experience AI Team by establishing and coding standards.
- Improve development practices and accelerate delivery of scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and speed across all AI engineering activities.
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices for AI solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews across AI use cases and platforms.
- Guide the team in implementing scalable architectures (RAG, agents, orchestration patterns).
- Improve and standardize the development lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release processes).
- Identify and reduce technical debt, improving maintainability and performance.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and engineering approaches in AI.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Computer science degree or similar
- +5 years of experience in software engineering and system design and hands-on expertise in AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents)
- Experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior/lead engineer
- Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, and integration patterns
- Ability to balance technical depth with team leadership and mentoring
- You have valid Spanish work permit.
