Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 10 years of operations experience in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity
Extensive experience influencing and managing stakeholders
Experience serving as a strategic partner to senior executives
Strong skills in process design and execution
Deep experience developing capacity plans, staffing plans, and schedules
Excellent analytical capabilities
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Experience improving efficiency with IPA partners
Experience integrating AI and automation into vendor workflows
Strong attention to detail and good judgment in ambiguous situations
