About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build highly scalable and secure backend services
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security for high-volume workloads
  • Design and maintain robust CI pipelines (GitLab CI)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience building backend services
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD (or similar)
  • Proficient in working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience operating and optimizing systems in AWS production environments
  • Understanding of RTC / VoIP architectures and protocols (SIP, RTP)
  • Familiar with open-source SIP/RTC technologies (FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Asterisk)
  • Exposure to media servers, signaling flows, or real-time communications debugging
  • Stay current with modern development practices and tooling
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Autonomous and proactive
