• Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment
• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
• Maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios per MEDCoE directives
• Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
• Support a projected minimum throughput of at least 2,500 68W students annually across all MSTC sites

Instructor / Operator – EMT

• Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment.
• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members, Combat Lifesaver, Combat Medic, and Combat Paramedic.
• Instruct mixed populations of Soldiers in class sizes directed by the medical proponent.
• Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions.
• Operate MSTC systems, configure and execute realistic training scenarios.
• Document accidents/incidents and maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Operate and perform operator-level preventive maintenance on assigned patient simulators and medical training equipment.
• Participate in Quality Control Plan activities including peer observations and self-assessments.

Instructor – Operator, Paramedic

• Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment

• Serve as the site-level lead responsible for day-to-day coordination of training operations
• Act as the primary contact for Government representatives and military leaders
• Operate MSTC systems and contribute to training records and evaluations

Senior Instructor – Paramedic/EMT

• Provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment
• Deliver standardized, high-fidelity medical training
• Operate simulation systems and maintain certifications
• Support training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards
• Instruct Combat Medic and Combat Lifesaver training to non-medical personnel

• Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers: All Service Members (ASM/Tier I), Combat Lifesaver (CLS/Tier II), Combat Medic (CM/Tier III), and Combat Paramedic (CP/Tier IV)
• Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel

• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios

Senior Instructor – Paramedic, EMT

• Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2) and configure realistic training scenarios

• Apply moulage techniques, environmental control, and theatrical special effects to simulate realistic injuries and environments
• Assess students using grading sheets for individual scenarios
• Ensure all training content is approved by the appropriate medical proponent (MTN, Deployed Medicine, CMSD)
• Operate MSTC systems (ISS, VPS, MT-C2)
